The "Open Policy Foundation" in cooperation with the Embassy of France initiated the promotional campaign "Clean Thursday" dedicated to the 21st session of the Conference of the Parties of United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change, which took place on 30 November – 11 December in 2015 in Paris.

The information campaign was a series of weekly occasional press conferences, at the Ukrainian National Information Agency "Ukrinform", under the common theme: "From the environmental values to the ecology of the Universe: the challenges in terms of global climate change”. The thematic programs, interviews on radio, blogs on the portal LB.ua, materials on other media resources were coming out at the same time. The page of information campaign "Clean Thursday" was created in the social network Facebook, where the news and events are highlighted.

Every week there were discussions on a particular aspect of the topic. Invited rapporteurs were scientists, politicians, artists, church representatives, NGOs and journalists. The PSAs on environmental issues, that young reporters of Children's media studio "Ptahy" made, was presented.

On 28th November, the International green school in cooperation with the French Institute and its partners organized the scientific eco-weekend for the whole family, where green labs Fun Science worked, and the French environmental performance was shown.

In the press conference and round tables, the patricipants were: MPs - Oleksiy Ryabchyn, Lilya Grinevich, Ostap Yednak and Isabelle Dumont, the Ambassador of France in Ukraine;

Oleh Shamshur, the Ambassador of Ukraine in France, Frederic de Touchet, the First Counselor of French Embassy in Ukraine, Alexis Struve, the director of the Agency Business France of French Embassy in Ukraine; Anna Vronska, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources on European integration, Maxim Strikha, Deputy Minister of Ministry of Education, Sergey Mytrofanskyy, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine, the representatives of other government agencies - the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine, the State Agency of Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine, leading scientists, experts and public figures.
