During the project, a training session for 60 educators and local activists will be held - two training seminars on STEM / STrEAM methods (including international), project management, fundraising, and PR management in the field of education.

The first training will be held from 2 to 7 July on the basis of the International Green School, which was founded by the Open Policy Foundation in the village of Kosmach in Ivano-Frankivsk oblast. Thus, children and youth affected by the conflict will obtain qualitative innovative education.

The participants of the training will listen to Skype lectures with teachers from around the world – MASHAV alumni from India and Nigeria, who will demonstrate the use of STEM / STrEAМ methodic in practice.

The teachers will also visit the laboratories of the Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpatian National University in Ivano-Frankivsk. In the open learning space of the International Green School in Kosmach village, they will take part in the discussion club “From the ecology of the soul – to the ecology of the universe”, the master classes “Fun mechanics” and “Maker”, the eco-club, the case “Permaculture”, the panel discussion “Let’s open classroom windows into the future”, and the art workshops.
